At Heat Press Emporium, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom heat press clothing and products. Since each item is made to order, we have a strict yet fair refund and return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business.
No Returns on Custom Items
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds & Replacement Eligibility
If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect order, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, please provide the following:
- A clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
- Your order number and details about the issue.
- Contact us at [sales@heatpressemporium.com] with the subject line: “Order Issue – [Your Order Number].”
Once reviewed, we will either:
Provide a refund to your original payment method.
Issue a replacement at no cost, or
Provide a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges for Incorrect Sizes
We do not accept returns for wrong size selection, as each item is custom-made based on your order. Please carefully review our size chart before purchasing. If an exchange is granted at our discretion, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Slight color variations due to monitor/screen differences.
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
Incorrect size selection by the customer.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper washing.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Your Order Number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
